• Studio and 1 bedroom balconied flats with kitchenettes, shower or bathrooms and daily lunch in the dining room.
• Single rooms with hand-basins and built-in cupboards.
• All meals provided in the dining room.

Laundry and cleaning service – Flats and rooms are cleaned weekly and residents have access to a laundry service.

Semi-frail care – Single room with nursing assistance and your own local doctor on call. Meals served in sunny dining room.

Frail care ward – 24 hour registered nursing providing personal care and medication administration by our professionally trained staff. Your own doctor on call. Weekly ‘sing alongs’, classic films and other stimulation provided by friends of Nerina and our dedicated staff.

Catering – GERATEC, one of the Cape’s top catering companies specialising in Geriatric nutrition, provides meals to all three dining rooms.
